The
Painted Room Vassar Designer Show
House 2005 - Claude
Monet was the quintessential artist of the
impressionistic period. He strived to
capture the rays of the sun with each of his
brushstrokes. Monet's paintings evoked
a mood of ideal contentment. In homage
to Claude, I have tried to give you a moment
to imagine yourself not just as an observer,
but a participant in this painted room.
