Twin
Bays Caféis
a restored 18th century
farmhouse which once
served as a stop on the
Underground Railroad.
Andy and Marlene Singer
spent over five months
carefully renovating
this historically
registered building into
a first rate restaurant
featuring nouveau
American cuisine.
The restaurant is
presently operated by
current proprietors Rob
& Helen Goss, and it
continues it's
established reputation
for excellent cuisine
and warm
hospitality.
The
Green Room is decorated
with a faux designer
marble application to
the walls in subtle
green and gold accents.
An
intricate ceiling
medallion visually
connects the space in
the downstairs dining
and gift shop areas.
A
soft and elegant wash is
applied to the walls of
the second floor dining
room.
The
ceiling medallion brings
the outside in with a
sky theme.
David
painted Trompe
L'oeil stone walls
and Edwardian gardens
from floor to ceiling in
The Garden Room.
"The
Twin Bays Cafe is an
innovative dining
adventure into an
eclectic culinary world
of fine cuisine and
quality service with a
friendly and casual
flair!"-
