The grand foyer was embellished in detailed French Rococo.  The ceiling mural is an adaptation of the King Louis era - which is also repeated in the Trompe L'Oeil floral garlands, ribbons, and decorative painting that frame each painting.

Jean Honore Fragonard- The Swing, and several recreations of Jean Antoine Watteau masterpieces decorate the walls throughout the circular foyer.
